Das BLUME Teleskopförderband Typ WFT 3 ist die ideale Lösung für effizient gestaltete Be‑ und Entladeprozesse in Versandzentren, Logistikzentren und Produktionslinien. Durch die 3-stufig teleskopierbare Länge von bis zu 15 m lässt sich das WFT 3 genau auf die Anforderungen Ihrer Arbeitsumgebung einstellen, ohne dabei viel Platz in der Grundstellung einzunehmen. Die geringe Bauhöhe von 800 mm sorgt für eine rückenschonende Arbeitshöhe und ermöglicht eine ergonomische Integration in vorhandene Förderstrecken oder direkt an Fahrzeugen und Containern.
Dank der stabilen Konstruktion ist das Teleskopförderband auf Dauerbetrieb ausgelegt und gewährleistet eine hohe Verfügbarkeit bei kontinuierlichem Einsatz. Unterschiedliche Gurtbreiten erlauben den sicheren Transport von leichten Kartons bis hin zu großen Versandbehältern. Die schnelle Umstellung der Teleskoplänge spart Zeit und verringert unnötige Laufwege, wodurch sich die Durchsatzleistung nachhaltig erhöht. Ob im Wareneingang, in der Produktion oder beim Versand – das BLUME WFT 3 trägt maßgeblich zur Optimierung Ihrer Materialflüsse bei.
Auf Wunsch lässt sich das WFT 3 gegen Mehrpreis mit einem stabilen Fahrwerk (nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten) ausstatten, das Lenk‑ und Feststellrollen sowie eine hydraulische Höhenverstellung umfasst. Diese Zusatzausstattung ermöglicht ein einfaches Verschieben und präzises Nivellieren des Teleskopförderbandes, um es optimal an unterschiedliche Bodenverhältnisse und Arbeitsplatzhöhen anzupassen.
